A salt or sugar scrub can provide exfoliation along with the soothing motions that go with receiving a hand massage. Additional comfort provided with custom aromatherapy to instill calmness, relaxation or just an extra dose of healing through the experience.

Maintenance Massage
Sometimes we don’t want or have time for a full body massage. Let us work on just the area that causes the most discomfort and get you back in action.

Travel Massage
Can’t make it to our location? Let us come to you! Swedish relaxation or Swedish with NMT available to you at your convenience. Additional Travel Fees may be required if you are located more that 15 miles outside of the Asheboro, NC area.

7-10 minutes of upper body massage to ease the daily stress and refresh you for your day.

Sugar or Salt Scrub - Hands or Feet
Add thermo or cryotherapy services to warm those cold hands/feet or add some needed cooling relief to them with the exfoliating benefit of a sugar or Himalayan salt scrub with added aromatherapy. Essential oil blends vary upon the season.

Soothing, restorative gentle touch for those in palliative care, end of life or just in need of muscle relief from post surgical or rehabilitation. Benefits include non pharmacological pain relief, helps reduce insomnia and stress relief. Services available for home bound, wheel chair bound and hospice patients.
